Serial production of this model began in 2014 and is still ongoing. It is concentrated in the factories of BMW AG in Germany, in the city of Leipzig. The BMW i8 is a true avant-garde car on many levels. First of all, it uses a hybrid system of gasoline engines and electric motors with a total power of 362 HP, which reduces fuel consumption to 2.1 liters per 100 kilometers! The car is also characterized by a well-balanced center of gravity, very good aerodynamic properties, as well as a body style adapted to it.
